【摘要】 目的探讨脑梗死合并肺部感染患者的药学监护流程。方法查阅文献,对药学监护的相关内容进行归纳和综述。结果通过参考国内外文献和临床治疗规范,建立了临床药师参与脑梗死合并肺部感染患者药物治疗中合理的规范化监护流程。结论该流程通过临床药师的介入和深入临床开展实践,能够更好地规范药学监护行为,提高医疗质量,并有助于提高患者的整体疗效和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss clinical pharmacists’ promoting tandardization monitoring process of rational treatment of cerebral infarction combined with pulmonary infection. Methods Searched related literatures and summarized the related information of pharmaceutical care of rational treatment of cerebral infarction combined with pulmonary infection. Results Based on literatures and clinical guideline in china and overseas,how clinical pharmacist participated in tandardization monitoring process of rational treatment of cerebral infarction combined with pulmonary infection was established. Conclusion The standardization monitoring process of rational treatment of cerebral infarction combined with pulmonary infection is explored to standardize behavior of pharmacy monitoring,improve medical quality and promote total medical effect and life quality.更多还原
