【Abstract】 With the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and analysis and induction,the paper mainly analyzes the major problems in talents training for physical education major,and then puts forwards the innovative talents training goals,contents and measures,relying on scientific research institutions,organizing scientific research team,and setting up institution- locality collaborative innovative talent training base to achieve win- win cooperation.
