【摘要】 科学评价高校教师教学质量是提高教学质量的重要途径之一。从教学态度、教学内容等方面建立高校教师教学质量评价指标体系,并运用熵权TOPSIS模型对铜陵学院16名新教师教学质量展开实证研究,评价结果与实际情况基本一致。提高高校教师教学质量需要如下举措:加大教师培训力度,提高教师综合素养;运用"传帮带"和"导师制"手段,提升教师教学整体水平;建立科学的职称评价体系,充分调动教师教学的积极性;制定科学的教学激励与评价晋升制度,增加各种教学奖励额度等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scientific evaluation on the teaching quality of college teacher is very important for improving teaching quality. An evaluation index system about the teaching quality of college teacher was built based on four ways,such as teaching attitude,teaching content. And entropy TOPSIS model was used to research empirically on the teaching quality of 16 college teachers in Tongling University,the result was consistent with the actual situation. Such measures need to improve the teaching quality of college teacher,as pursuing efforts on training to improve teachers’ comprehensive quality,applying mentoring means and tutorial system to advance the whole teaching level,building reasonable title system to arouse teachers’ initiative,making scientific teaching stimulation and promotion system to increase teaching reward amount,etc.更多还原
