【摘要】 目的探讨桥本甲状腺炎BRAFV600E基因突变与甲状腺乳头状癌发生之间的关系。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2014年12月期间,在我院行甲状腺切除手术的桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺癌患者42例与单纯桥本甲状腺炎患者60例,对两组患者的全部病理标本基因组DNA进行纯化并测序。所得结果与标准核苷酸序列进行比对分析并统计BRAFV600E基因突变情况。结果所有42例纳入研究的桥本甲状腺炎并甲状腺乳头状癌患者中,发生BRAFV600E突变的病例数与无BRAFV600E突变的病例数分别为31例和11例,分别占73.8%、26.1%。所有对照组60例纳入研究的单纯桥本甲状腺炎患者中,发生BRAFV600E突变的病例数与无BRAFV600E突变的病例数分别为2例和58例,分别占3.3%、96.6%,两者差异有统计学差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BRAFV600E基因突变在桥本甲状腺炎并甲状腺癌患者较单纯桥本甲状腺炎患者更加常见,BRAF600E突变可能是桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺癌的高危因素。从而为早期诊断甲状腺癌提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the Relationship between BRAFV600 E mutation and thyroid cancer in patients with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.Methods This study includes patients who underwent thyroidectomy in Linyi Yishui Central Hospotal,42 of which were diagnosed with thyroid papillary carcinoma coexisting with Hashimoto Thyroiditis,and 60 patients were diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis only.Analyse the mutation of BRAFV600 E in all Pathologic specimens.Result Of patients diagnosed with thyroid papillary carcinoma coexisting with Hashimoto Thyroiditis,31 patients had BRAFV600 E mutation;Results while 2 out of 60 patients diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis had BRAFV600 E mutation.More mutation of BRAFV600 E were detected in patients with papillary carcinoma coexisting with Hashimoto Thyroiditis(P< 0.05).Conclusion BRAFV600 E mutation is more common in patients diagnosed with thyroid papillary carcinoma coexisting with Hashimoto Thyroiditis,Mutation of BRAFV600 E might indicate the risk of thyroid papillary carcinoma in patients with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.更多还原
