磁共振扩散加权成像对肝脏占位性病变的临床诊断研究

【摘要】 目的研究分析磁共振扩散加权成像对肝脏占位性病变的临床诊断价值。方法选取2015年6月-2016年11月在我院进行诊治的60例肝脏肿瘤性病变患者,全部患者均采取磁共振常规平扫及扩散加权成像进行检查诊断,同时对患者的ADC值(表面扩散系数指)进行分析,观察对比肝脏良恶性肿瘤性变化患者的检查诊断情况。结果全部入选患者通过检查诊断后显示,60例患者中,肝脏血管瘤患者的病区ADC值为(1.472±0.587)×10-3mm2/s,肝囊肿患者的病区ADC值为(2.362±0.715)×10-3mm2/s,肝细胞癌患者的ADC值为(1.026±0.327)×10-3mm2/s,肝脏转移瘤患者的ADC值为(1.132±0.476)×10-3mm2/s,对不同病变类型患者的ADC值观察对比,肝囊肿患者的ADC值明显高于其他类型患者(P<0.05)。结论在肝脏肿瘤性病变患者的临床诊断中,应用磁共振扩散加权成像具有良好的效果,能够为患者肿瘤良恶性的鉴别诊断提供重要的临床依据。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical value of diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) in the diagnosis of liver tumors. Methods:60 cases of liver tumor patients during the period from June 2015 to November 2016 in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment, all patients were treated by routine MRI scan and diffusion weighted imaging for diagnosis of patients at the same time, the value of ADC(surface diffusion coefficient index) analysis, observation of contrast examination in the diagnosis of benign and malignant liver tumors changes patients. Results:all patients were diagnosed by showed 60 patients, patients with hepatic hemangioma were ADC=(1.472±0.587) * 10-3mm2/s, hepatic cyst patients in ADC was(2.362±0.715) * 10-3mm2/s in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(ADC=1.026±0.327) * 10-3mm2/s liver metastases, patients with ADC=(1.132±0.476) * 10-3mm2/s, comparison of different types of lesions were observed in patients with ADC, hepatic cyst patients with ADC were significantly higher than that of other types of patients(P<0.05). Conclusion: the clinical application of diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) in the diagnosis of patients with liver tumor lesions has a good effect.
