【摘要】 目的解决门诊药房传统盘点模式工作效率低、发生差错难以追溯的问题,提升盘点效率,提高门诊药房管理水平。方法引进PDA药品盘点模式,规范药品货位,采用条形码统一管理,PDA调取并录入药品信息。同时结合我院门诊药房实际情况修改相应HIS程序和业务流程,使药品盘点信息直接汇总并录入HIS系统与库存数进行比较。结果实现PDA终端录入的电子化盘点模式后,不仅工作效率得到了很大的提升,而且还节省人力,降低数据差错。该模式的应用,使未来药品精准管理达到可能,但通过应用过程发现该模式也存在一些瑕疵,需要药师不断的总结、改进。结论通过这次门诊药房盘点模式的改造,药学部吸取了很多宝贵的经验和思路,随着信息化成为医院管理的必要手段,PDA盘点的新技术值得尝试并推广,未来类似的新技术还会越来越多。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The efficiency of traditional drug inventory of outpatient pharmacy is low and it is difficult to trace back which need to be improved. Methods Firstly, we standardize the location of drugs by bar code. Then PDA drug inventory system is introduced to retrieve and input drug information. To meet with the actual situation in our hospital, drug inventory system is combined with our hospital information system, so the number of drug inventory could be read and input directly. Results The PDA drug inventory system can not only improve the work efficiency, but also save manpower and reduce the data error. The application of this system makes it possible for the precise drug management in the future. But the system also has some flaws through the application process, which needs to be improved by constantly sum up. Conclusion Through the transformation of the inventory model in outpatient pharmacy, we learned a lot of valuable experience and ideas. With the informatization is becoming the necessary means of hospital management, PDA inventory system is worth to be popularized.
