【摘要】 目的建立板蓝根颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱;方法流动相为乙腈-水,流速为1.0 mL/min,梯度洗脱,检测波长为287 nm,进样体积为10μL;结果建立了板蓝根颗粒的氯仿部位指纹图谱共有峰模式图,检测到8个共有峰,并指认了其中一个峰,HPLC法的精密度、稳定性和重现性良好,图谱中绝大部分色谱峰均达到了基线分离;结论方法简单,准确可靠,可控性强,可作为板蓝根颗粒指纹图谱质量控制的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish HPLC fingerpint of Radix Isatidis granules.Parts of chloroform. Methods The mobile phase of acetonitrile- water flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 287 nm, the injection volume was 10 ul; the results: establish the Banlangen Granules fingerprint peaks, detected eight common peaks, and identified one of the peaks, the HPLC method of precision, stability and reproducibility is good, the pattern of the vast majority of chromatographic peak reached the baseline separation.Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable, strong controllability, can be used as an effective method to control the quality of fingerprint of isatis root granules.更多还原
