【摘要】 目的探讨人工关节置换术在老年人股骨转子间骨折治疗中的应用价值。方法抽取我院近2年收治的52例股骨转子间骨折患者,年龄均高于60岁,均来源于我院骨科住院患者,根据患者的入院顺序,采取数字随机原则,将其平均分为两组,即实验组和参照组,每组患者26例,实验组予以人工关节置换术;参照组予以内固定术。结果实验组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后下地时间均明显优于参照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后3个月及术后6个月Harris评分比较存在着统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组患者的并发症发生率明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论人工关节置换术在老年人股骨转子间骨折治疗中的应用价值明显,可促使关节功能恢复,减少并发症,疗效值得肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of artificial joint replacement in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.Methods Selected in our hospital in recent 2years were52 cases of intertrochanteric fracture patients,aged above 60 years old,came to our hospital hospitalized patients,according to the order of admission,the patient,take the principle of random numbers,the average score for the two groups,namely,the experimental group and the reference group,26 cases of patients in each group.The experimental group to be artificial joint replacement;reference group treated with internal fixation.Results Patients in the experimental group the operative time,bleeding volume,postoperative to time were significantly better than reference group(P<0.05);two groups of patients after 3 months and after 6 months,Harris score is statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the complications of patients in the experimental group occurred rate was significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of artificial joint replacement in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients is obvious,which can promote the recovery of joint function,reduce the complications,and the curative effect is worthy of recognition.更多还原
