【摘要】 目的总结分析经腹腔镜胃转流术、袖状胃切除术治疗肥胖症的临床治疗效果,进而为肥胖症的治疗提供重要参考。方法在2010年1月到2012年6月,随机选取我院接收的120例肥胖症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有60例,对照组采用袖状胃切除术,观察组采用经腹腔镜胃转流术,所有患者治疗结束后随访三年,比较分析两组患者的治疗效果以及重要指标。结果在患者术后至随访期间的并发症发生率以及患者术后的生活质量指标方面,观察组和对照组之间的差异较小(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。在体重指数(BMI)改变以及额外体重减轻百分率方面,观察和对照组之间存在较大差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对于肥胖症患者采用经腹腔镜胃转流术以及袖状胃切除术均有较好的治疗效果,而且在短期内的安全性较高,不过在实际的减肥效果方面,采用经腹腔镜胃转流术相对于袖状胃切除术更具有优势,可推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to summarize and analyze clinical curative effect of laparoscopic gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy for obesity, and provide a valuable reference for treatment of obesity. Methods choose 120 cases obesity patients received in our hospital randomly from January 2010 to June 2012, and randomly divided them into observation and control group, 60 cases in each. Control group was treated with sleeve gastrectomy, and observation group with laparoscopic gastric bypass operation. Carry on follow-up visit to all patients for three years after treatment, compare and analyze curative effect as well as important indicators of two groups. Results there were little difference from complications incidence during follow-up visit and life quality indicators after surgery between observation and control group(P > 0.05) with no statistical significance. there was big difference from body mass index(BMI) changes and additional weight loss percentage between observation and control group(P < 0.05), which showed statistical significance. Conclusion both laparoscopic gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy have good treatment effect for obesity patients, and high security in short term. But laparoscopic gastric bypass has more advantages with actual weight-reducing effect than sleeve gastrectomy, which is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
