【摘要】 目的了解2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者用硫辛酸、甲钴胺进行治疗对病情的临床干预效果。方法本文研究选取2015至2016年期间收治确诊为2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者100例相关基线资料作为分析数据来源,设其中50例用硫辛酸干预患者为A组,另50例用甲钴胺干预患者为B组,在疗程后对两种药物效果和安全性进行评估。结果经2型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效标准评估后提示A组有6例判定无效,B组有17例判定无效,总有效率分别为88.0%、66.0%,组间总有效率数据统计学软件处理,P<0.05;治疗后对患者进行平均1个月的随访,在治疗期间及随访期间所有患者均未出现严重不良反应,顺利完成治疗。结论 2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者用硫辛酸、甲钴胺等药物治疗对病情都可发挥改善缓解效果,相对而言硫辛酸对患者疗效成果更为显著,且治疗期间不会诱发药物不良反应,保障治疗质量及生活舒适度,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy with lipoic acid and Mecobalamin treatment effect of clinical intervention on disease.Methods This study selected during 2015-2016 were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy in 100 cases related to baseline data analysis as a data source, set up 40 cases with lipoic acid intervention in patients with A group, other 40 patients were treated with Mecobalamine group B was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of two kinds of drugs in the after treatment. Results The criteria of type 2 diabetes mellitus peripheral neuropathy after evaluation indicated that A group had 6 cases judged invalid, 17 cases in B group decision is invalid, the total effective rate was 88%, 66% groups of total statistical software data processing efficiency,P<0.05; after treatment were followed up for an average of 1 months for patients in the treatment period and the follow-up period, all patients had no serious adverse reactions, the successful completion of treatment.ConclusionPatients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy with lipoic acid and Mecobalamin drug treatment of the disease can play the remission effect of lipoic acid on patients with relatively more significant results, no bad reaction induced by drugs and treatment during treatment, guarantee quality and life comfort, worthy of promotion.更多还原
