【摘要】 目的:对我乳腺中心6年来住院472例乳腺癌化疗患者进行PICC置管,用于输注化疗药物。详细观察我中心2010年3月至2016年3月472例PICC置管后患者的临床反应,找出发生并发症的原因并给予相应护理。探讨乳腺癌化疗患者PICC置管后常见并发症的原因分析及护理对策。方法:对我院472例乳腺癌化疗患者进行PICC置管,观察其临床反应,对并发症进行护理。结果:本组21例穿刺点渗血,发生率为4.4%,9例穿刺点感染,发生率为2.0%,8例静脉炎,发生率为1.6%,6例导管堵塞,发生率1.2%,4例导管脱出,发生率为0.8%,2例血栓形成,发生率为0.4%。结论:应用PICC行乳腺癌静脉化疗,导管留置时间长,可反复间断应用。带管期间不必严格限制患者活动,对患者的工作,日常生活无严重影响,为乳腺癌患者提供了一条安全、方便、有效的静脉治疗通道,提高了患者的生活质量和护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To my breast center hospital in 6 years of PICC catheter, 472 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy for infusion chemotherapy drugs.
