【摘要】 目的了解HIV抗体初筛与WB确证实验的符合情况。方法对191例初筛阳性者,重抽血复检,进行胶体金和ELISA复检后,送确证实验室WB确证。结果筛查82512份血清,其中初筛阳性191例,抗体确证阳性165例(86.39%),抗体不确定12例(6.28%),抗体阴性14例(7.33%);结论 HIV抗体初筛试验与确证实验符合率较好,但HIV抗体初筛试验存在假阳性,必须通过确证实验得出准确结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Understanding of HIV antibody screening and confirmatory test method with WB. Methods 191 cases of primary screening positive, heavy blood review, colloidal gold and ELISA examination, send laboratory confirmed WB confirmation. Results Screening of 82512 serum samples, the positive screening in 191 cases, 165 cases were confirmed positive antibody antibody(86.39%), 12 cases of uncertain(6.28%), 14 cases(7.33%) antibody negative; Conclusion HIV antibody screening test and confirmatory test accuracy is better, but the HIV antibody screening test false positive, must be accurate the result was confirmed by experiment.更多还原
