【摘要】 腺性膀胱炎(cystitis glandularis,CG)是膀胱粘膜上皮在长期慢性炎症刺激下逐渐演变成的增殖性和化生性的比较少见的一种慢性疾病。随着腔镜泌尿外科的发展及病理活检意识的提高,该病的发病率也随之逐年升高。国内外大量研究表明腺性膀胱炎是一种具有恶变潜质的癌前病变。经尿道电切术是目前国内治疗腺性膀胱炎的主要治疗措施,然而对于术后的治疗,仍没有一致推荐的最佳治疗方案。本文就国内腺性膀胱炎术后治疗的现况做一综述,旨在为进一步研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cystitis glandularis is the bladder mucosa epithelium under chronic inflammation long-term stimulation gradually turned into a rare dysplasia and metaplasia chronic disease.With the development of the cavity mirror urology and the enhancement of pathological biopsy consciousness,the morbidity of the disease has increased year by year.A large number of studies have shown that the cystitis glandularis is a precancerous lesions of potential malignant transformation,at home and abroad.Transurethral resection is the main measures in treatment of cystitis glandularis,but for postoperative patient,there is no best treatment plan to recommend until now.This paper is to do a review on the status of the postoperative treatments for cystitis glandularis,aims to provide a reference for further research.更多还原
