【摘要】 目的研究临床护理路径及延续性护理服务模式在胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术中应用的效果。方法选取98例胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术的患者,两组患者分别采用常规护理和临床护理路径及延续性护理服务模式。结果观察组患者住院期间的护理满意度、住院时间,以及出院后的总体健康状态,都要明显的好于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论采用临床护理路径及延续性护理服务模式的全程护理,可以缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用,提高护理满意度和术后总体健康状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing pathway and continuity nursing service model in the application of thoracic laparoscopic combined with esophageal cancer radical operation. Methods 98 cases of patients with esophageal cancer were selected, and two patients were treated with routine nursing care and clinical nursing path and continuity nursing service mode. Resultsthe observation group of patients in the hospital during the period of nursing satisfaction, hospital stay, as well as the overall health status after discharge, should be significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P< 0.05. Conclusionusing the clinical nursing path and continuity of nursing service mode of the whole nursing, can shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce medical costs, improve nursing satisfaction and postoperative overall health status.更多还原
