【摘要】 目的分析耳鸣掩蔽和习服治疗在主观性耳鸣治疗中的效果;方法选择我院2013年1月至2015年1月收治的主观性耳鸣患者100例(134耳),将80例掩蔽试验阳性患者中的45例患者作为对照组,将剩余的35例阳性患者和20例阴性患者作为实验组,对照组患者采用耳鸣掩蔽治疗,实验组患者则给予习服疗法治疗;结果实验组患者的临床治疗总有效率、治疗1年后的耳鸣残疾评估量表评分显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论临床中在对主观性耳鸣患者进行治疗时,习服疗法具有比较显著的临床疗效,能对患者的耳鸣残疾评估量表评分进行有效改善,值得临床推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to analyze effect of tinnitus masking and retraining therapy for subjective tinnitus. Methods choose 100 cases(134 ears) subjective tinnitus patients in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015, and 45 cases of 80 cases masking test positive patients as control group, remaining 35 cases positive and 20 negative patients as experimental group, Control group were treated with tinnitus masking therapy, and experimental group with retraining therapy treatment. Results clinical total efficiency of experimental group, tinnitus handicap assessment table scores 1 year after treatment were significantly better than control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion retraining therapy has remarkable clinical curative effect for subjective tinnitus, and can effectively improve tinnitus disability assessment table scores of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
