【摘要】 目的探讨Clusterin、Bcl-2及Bax在大肠腺癌进展过程中的表达情况、作用及其之间的相关性。方法收集50例大肠腺癌组织标本,利用免疫组织化学法检测Clusterin、Bcl-2及Bax蛋白的表达情况,分析其表达结果与临床病理间的关系。结果免疫组化结果显示Clusterin在大肠腺癌中的表达率为88%,明显高于大肠正常粘膜中的表达(P<0.01),表达情况与有无淋巴结转移、浸润程度、Dukes分期及肿瘤组织分化程度呈正相关(P<0.01),但与性别及年龄无关。Clusterin与Bcl-2的表达呈正相关(r=0.74,P<0.01),与Bax的表达呈负相关(r=-0.58,P<0.01)。结论 Clusterin的表达在大肠腺癌的发生、发展过程中可能起到重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the expression, significance and relationship of clusterin, Bcl-2 and Bax in the development of colorectal adencocarcinoma. Methods The expression of clusterin, Bcl-2 and Bax were examined in fifty tissue specimens of colorectal adenocarcinoma by immunohistochemical method, and the relationship between the expression results and clinical pathology was analyzed. Results The expression of clusterin in colorectal adencocarcinoma was 88%, significantly higher than that in normal colorectal mucosa(P<0.01). The expression level of clusterin was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis, depth of invasion, dukes stage and the differentiation degree of the tumor tissue(P<0.01), but was not related to sex and age. The positive relationship could be seen bewteen clusterin and Bcl-2(r=0.74,P<0.01), but between clusterin and Bax the correlation was negative(r=-0.58, P<0.01). Conclusion The expression of clusterin may play an important part in the occurrence and progression of colorectal adencocarcinoma.更多还原
