【摘要】 目的:探讨自制临床护理路径(CNP)在首发脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法:将240例首发脑梗死患者按随机数字表分为实验组和对照组各120例,实验组采用自制临床护理路径指导下的护理模式,对照组采用传统的随机健康教育方式,分别对其进行一年随访。比较两组患者对疾病相关知识的掌握程度、神经功能缺损程度和日常生活活动能力恢复、患者满意度、住院天数、住院费用和脑梗死再发住院率、血压和血脂控制达标情况。结果:实验组患者或家属对疾病相关知识的掌握程度、对护理服务的满意度、患者神经功能缺损及日常生活能力恢复、血压、血脂达标率均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组住院时间和医疗费用、脑梗死再发住院率均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径指导下的护理服务模式能促进首发脑梗死患者疾病的康复,提高日常生活能力,缩短住院时间,减少脑梗死再发,减轻家庭经济负担,提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical care path homemade(CNP) application results in the first episode of cerebral infarction patients.Methods:240 cases of cerebral infarction episode randomly divided into experimental and control group 120 cases,the experimental group self-care model of clinical nursing path under the guidance of the control group using conventional random health education,namely its year follow-up.Were compared to the mastery of knowledge related to the disease,neurological deficits and restore activities of daily living,patient satisfaction,length of stay,hospital costs and recurrent infarction hospitalization rate,blood pressure and lipid control Status.Results:The patients or their families to grasp the extent of the disease-related knowledge,nursing service satisfaction,neurologic impairment and recovery activities of daily living,blood pressure,lipid compliance rate was higher(P<0.05);experimental group hospitalized time and medical costs,recurrent infarction hospitalization rate than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:clinical nursing care path mode under the guidance can promote the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction episode of disease,improve activities of daily living,shorter hospital stays,reducing the recurrence of cerebral infarction,reduce the financial burden of families,improve patient satisfaction.更多还原
