【摘要】 目的探讨CT加密扫描在难置性椎弓根钉手术中的应用价值。方法 2013年01月至2015年6月,对CT平扫中发现需要置钉的椎弓根较细或常规置钉入点存在解剖异常的患者均进行术前CT加密扫描,预先确认进钉点、水平面椎弓根螺钉置入角度(Tansverse Screw Angel,TSA)、置钉长度并在手术中加以实施,术中C型臂X光机透视指导同时确认矢状面椎弓根螺钉置入角度(Sagital Screw Angel,SSA),术后复查X线及CT扫描以评价椎弓根钉长度及位置的满意度。结果按此方法进行置钉的26例手术(共置入螺钉168枚)均取得满意效果,置钉均取得一次性成功,通过术前精心准备,缩短手术时间、减少术中X线透视、降低置钉风险。结论 CT加密扫描用于指导难置性椎弓根钉手术是一种简便廉价且可靠的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the accuracies and feasibility of CT thin-slice scan application in difficult pedicle screw fixation.Methods CT thin-slice scan examinations were recieved by patients with difficult pedicle screws fixation,from it,screw placement,TSA and screw length were confirmed and applicated in operation,SSA were confirmed by C arm X-Ray machine in operation.ResultsAccording to this method,168 pedicle screws were inserted and all screws were exellent at one blow.Conclusions CT thin-slice scan application in difficult pedicle screw fixation is a method with simple,cheap,fast and reliable.更多还原
