【摘要】 疾病预防控制工作是政府公共卫生服务的重要内容之一,疾病预防控制机构履行公共卫生职能,疾病预防控制机构绩效评估体系为提高疾控机构工作效能提供平台,也是政府履行职能、完善疾病预防控制体系的需要。本文从建立疾病预防控制机构绩效考核评估体系的意义、目标和乌鲁木齐市疾控机构绩效考核评估体系现状以及存在的不足等方面进行综合阐述,为今后科学地进行疾病预防控制工作绩效考核与管理,继续完善疾病预防控制体系建设提供依据。更多还原
