【摘要】 目的:对16例重症红皮病型银屑病患者的临床护理进行研究分析。方法:研究对象为我院收治的红皮病型银屑病患者16例,随机进行分组,即对照组和观察组。对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组实施综合护理干预措施。在患者的PASI评分及患者满意度两个方面对两组进行比较。结果:观察组患者的PASI评分明显低于对照组,患者满意度优于对照组,经比较发现,存在显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:对重症红皮病型银屑病患者采取综合护理干预措施可明显降低患者的PASI评分,提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to analyse the clinical nursing of 16 cases of patients with severe erythrodermic psoriasis. Methods: the research object 16 cases in our hospital were erythrodermic psoriasis patients randomly grouped, namely, the control group and the observation group. The control group took routine nursing measures, the observation group implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures. Comparison of the two groups in the PASI score and patient satisfaction of the patients in two groups. Results: the PASI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, patients’ satisfaction was better than that of the control group, after comparison, there was significant difference(P<0.05), which had statistical significance. Conclusion: for patients with severe erythrodermic psoriasis to take comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the PASI score of patients, improve patient satisfaction.更多还原
