【摘要】 目的研究并分析胫骨平台骨折术后并发创伤性关节炎的临床医治效果。方法选取本院2014年6月至2015年6月医治胫骨平台骨折术后并发创伤性关节炎的106例患者,将其分成研究组与对照组,每组53例。给予对照组保守方案实行医治,研究组则采用钢丝抽出缝合修复并且运用蛋白-纤维蛋白粘合剂行覆盖医治,对两组患者术后医治效果实行观察。结果在医治后,研究组优良率为84.91%要比对照组52.83%高,两组对比组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);医治后研究组疼痛评分为(1.69±0.47)分,对照组为(2.61±0.85)分,研究组的疼痛评分改善情况要比对照组好些,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对胫骨平台骨折手术后并发创伤性关节炎实行钢丝抽出缝合修复配合蛋白-纤维蛋白粘合剂覆盖医治的效果好于常规保守医治,可以让患者疼痛情况和膝关节的评分得到有效改善,值得广泛推广和运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of the fracture of the tibial plateau fracture. Methods 106 patients with traumatic arthritis were divided into study group and control group, 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the use of wire, and the study group was treated with wire extraction and suture repair. The treatment effect was observed after two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the excellent and good rate of the study group was 52.83% higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01); the pain score in the study group was(1.69±0.47), the control group was(2.61±0.85), the improvement of the pain score in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The tibial plateau fracture surgery complicated with traumatic arthritis the suture repair is better than the conventional wire drawn with conservative treatment- protein fibrin adhesive covering the healing effect, can make patients with pain and knee score improved, worthy of promotion and widely used.更多还原
