【摘要】 目的分析产科护理安全管理的影响因素及预见性管理。方法资料选取我院2014年3月至2014年12月收治的180例正常分娩患者进行回顾性分析,根据不同护理方案分为对照组(98例)与研究组(82例),前者予以常规护理管理,后者予以预见性护理管理,对比两组护理效果及满意度情况。结果研究组护理差错发生率及矛盾冲突均比对照组低,且健康知识知晓率比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论预见性管理可有效提高护理效果及护理满意度,为产妇住院安全提供有力保障,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the influence factors of obstetric care and safety management and predictive management. Methods The data selected from March 2014- December 2014 180 cases of patients were retrospectively analyzed, normal childbirth according to different nursing program is divided into the control group(98 cases) and group(82 cases), the former shall be routine nursing management, the latter shall be predictive nursing management, nursing effect and satisfaction compared to two groups. Results The group the incidence of nursing error and conflicts are lower than the control group, and aware of knowledge about health is higher than control group(P<0.05); Team nursing satisfaction is higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive management can effectively improve the effect of nursing and nursing satisfaction, provide powerful guarantee for maternal hospitalization security, worth clinical promotion.更多还原
