【摘要】 目的通过分析左主干闭塞心肌梗死的心电图的具体表现,总结出左主干闭塞心肌梗死的心电图的特点。方法选取本院2009年1月至2014年的15例通过急诊冠状动脉造影证实的左主干闭塞,为LM组,并同时选取同一时间段30例通过急症造影证实的左前降支近段闭塞的患者,为LAD组,通过对两组常规心电图的表现进行回顾分析,比较两组心电图的差异,从而得出左主干闭塞心肌梗死的心电图的特点。结果 LAD组的患者的心率要低于LM组的患者,并且在LM组中有14例患者出现a VR导联的ST段升高的现象,其发生率远远大于LAD组患者的概率。但是LAD组的胸前导联V1-3的ST段的升高的程度却明显高于LM组。结论通过分析表明,a VR导联的ST段的抬高>0.05m V,V1-V3的导联ST段的太高不够明显,甚至会出现压低的现象,这是区别LAD与LM闭塞的主要特点,结合两组患者的临床表现,可以得出分析左主干闭塞心肌梗死的心电图特点能够有助于对患者进行造影术前预测以及风险的评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the analysis of occlusion of the left main the manifestation of the ecg of myocardial infarction, summed up the occlusion of the left main characteristics of the ecg of myocardial infarction. Methods Selected from January 2009 to 2014 of 15 cases with emergency coronary angiography confirmed the occlusion of the left main, for LM group, and at the same time from the same period of 30 cases with acute angiography confirmed patients with occlusion of the left anterior descending branch of the recent, for LAD group, based on the performance of the two groups of normal ecg review analysis, comparing the difference between the two groups of electrocardiogram(ecg), calculated the occlusion of the left main characteristics of the ecg of myocardial infarction.
