【摘要】 目的分析喜炎平治疗小儿急性支气管炎临床效果。方法选择我院2014年9月至2014年8月之间收治的128例急性支气管炎患儿作为观察对象,随机将其分为研究组与对照组各64例。对照组采取常规治疗干预;研究组在此基础上加用喜炎平进行治疗。对两组患儿的治疗有效率、症状改善情况及不良反应发生率进行对比。结果研究组患儿的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异结果显著(P<0.05);研究组的症状改善时间短于对照组,差异结果均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率差异小,无显著性(P>0.05)。结论常规治疗联合喜炎平对于小孩急性支气管炎具有良好的成效,能够快速改善症状、提高治疗成效且不会造成严重不良反应,值得研究和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to analyze clinical effect of Xiyanping injection treating children with acute bronchitis.Methods choose128 cases children with acute bronchitis received in our hosptial from September 2014 to August 2014 as observation objects,randomly divide them into study and control group,64 cases in each.Control group was treated with routine treatment intervention;study group with xiyanping on the above base.Compare two groups with treatment efficiency,symptoms improvement and adverse reaction incidence.Results effective rate of treatment group is higher than control group,difference was significant(P < 0.05);symptoms improvement time of study group is shorter than control group,difference showed statistical significance(P < 0.05);incidence of adverse reactions showed less significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion routine treatment combined with Xiyanping injection has good effect for acute bronchitis of children,which can quickly improve symptoms,improve treatment effects without serious adverse reactions,and is worthy of being studied and spreaded.更多还原
