【摘要】 目的:对腹膜前间隙无张力修补术在腹股沟疝中的治疗效果进行分析。方法:取纳入病例132例,均为我院2014年1月份到2015年7月份收治的符合腹股沟疝诊断标准的患者。随机分成对照组和实验组,各66例。对照组实施传统疝修补术,实验组实施腹膜前间隙无张力修补术。观察和对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组总有效率要比对照组高,P<0.05,有统计学意义;两组患者手术时间、并发症发生率以及复发率差异明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:应用腹膜前间隙无张力修补术对腹股沟疝进行治疗,治疗效果理想,安全性高,值得推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to preperitoneal tension-free hernia repair in the treatment effect analysis.Method:take into a total of 132 cases were in our hospital in 2014 in January to July 2015 were treated in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of hernia patients.Randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each of 66 cases.In the control group,the traditional hernia repair surgery,the experimental group to implement the pre peritoneal space without tension repair.Observation and comparison of the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results:the total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05,and it was statistically significant;the operation time,complication rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were significantly different,P<0.05,it was statistically significant.Conclusion:application of preperitoneal space tension-free repair of hernia treatment,the treatment effect is ideal,safe,worthy of recommendation.更多还原
