超声检测综合实验
Comprehensive experiment of ultrasonic testing
【摘要】 基于超声波在不同声阻抗介质形成的界面上的反射和透射理论,设计了超声检测综合实验.实验样品为带有缺陷的固体材料,采用超声方法测量缺陷的尺寸及缺陷中的填充物.作为竞赛的综合实验,做到了难易结合,突出理论与实践结合:实验容易的部分,如测量换能器的中心频率、材料的密度、声速及声阻抗,主要考察学生对基本实验仪器的操作能力;实验比较难的部分是确定缺陷的填充物,学生需要综合应用提供的声传播、反射及衰减理论设计测量实验.
【Abstract】 A comprehensive experiment of ultrasonic testing was designed based on the reflection and transmission theory of ultrasonic.The samples were solid material with defect,and the size of filler in the defect were detected using ultrasonic method.As a comprehensive experiment of competition,the experiment contained both easy and difficult sections,and emphasized on the combination of theory and practice.The easy section such as measuring the center frequency of the transducer,density of the material,acoustic velocity and acoustic impedance could investigate the operational ability.The difficult section such as determining material of the filler,required the students to design their experiment based on the combination of the theory of sound propagating,reflection and attenuation.
