【摘要】 "十三五"期间,产业升级和经济转型发展、社会公众对教育层次和教育水平需求的变化与期望的提升等因素,使职业教育面临新形势新趋势新变革。以全国人口大省河南的中职教育改革为例,职教资源面临着布局调整与整合发展、办学体制与机制不断创新完善。十三五期间,我国职教领域必须贯彻落实"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念,以此引领统筹职业教育的整合、协调、开放,更好地服务绿色经济发展、实现教育公平与教育扶贫。更多还原

【Abstract】 Many factors during the "thirteenth five-year plan" of China such as the industrial upgrading, economic transformation and the change of the public’s view to the educational needs make the vocational education confronting with a new situation. The paper takes the secondary vocational education reform in Henan province as a case to analyze the vocational education development, advocating that the vocational education in China will have to implement five development ideology---"innovation, coordination, green, opening, sharing" to develop vocational education.更多还原
