【Abstract】 In this paper, through a review of relevant literatures, we summarized the connotation of the collaboration and aggregation of the manufacturing and logistics industries, from the aspects of experience and statistics, described the characteristics and mechanism of the collaboration and aggregation of the two, went over the outcomes of the researches on this subject in terms of index and model and at the end elaborated the inadequacy and development trend of the collaboration and aggregation of the two.更多还原
