基于学徒制的高职营销物流专业校企合作探讨—以闽南某职业学院为例
School-Enterprise Cooperation Mechanism of Higher Vocational Marketing Logistics Specialty Based on Apprenticeship: In the Case of a Certain Vocational College in Southern Fujian
【摘要】 分析了当前高职物流营销专业人才培养中存在的问题,阐述了现代学徒制对高职人才培养的积极作用,并结合闽南某职业学院现代学徒制培养模式改革情况,提出了基于现代学徒制建设的高职物流营销人才培养改革措施。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we analyzed the problems currently existing in the cultivation of the higher vocational marketing logistics talents, introduced the positive influence of the modern apprenticeship system on the higher vocational talent cultivation, and then in view of the reform initiative toward the modern apprenticeship system of a certain vocational college in southern Fujian, proposed some pertinent measures of the cultivation of the higher vocational marketing logistics talents based on the modern apprenticeship system.
