【摘要】 在前人研究的基础上,将缺货成本共享的供应商管理库存系统(VMI)应用到图书供应链中,并在库存容量有限条件下以传统图书供应链模型和集成式图书供应链模型为基础,利用EOQ模型,得出其成本函数,并代入数据进行分析,分析了VMI图书供应链系统中供应商的预留成本和批发商的缺货惩罚,以及预留成本的取值对整个供应链成本的影响,得出供应商和批发商可以通过签订合同,在供应商使预留成本等同于集成式供应链的总成本、批发商制定的惩罚p与缺货损失相同的条件下,VMI系统供应链成本能够达到最低,且最低成本与理性状态下集成式供应链总成本相同,最后利用批发商给供应商单位图书补偿价格来协调利润,使整个供应链达到平衡。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, we applied the VMI system with shared shortage cost into a book supply chain,then under the constraint of finite inventory capacity and based on the traditional and integrative book supply chain models, used the EOQ model to derive the cost function of the supply chain, analyzed the reservation cost of the supplier and the shortage penalty of the wholesaler in the VMI book supply chain, as well as the influence of the reservation cost on the cost of the entire supply chain, and at the end, used the wholesaler subsidy to the supplier to coordinate the profit distribution of and so as to balance, the supply chain.更多还原
