【Abstract】 In this paper,on the basis of a summary of the available researches on the location allocation of the emergency logistics centers,and after fully considering the technological,economical,environmental and social factors on the final location decision made,we built a hybrid multi-attribute index system to measure the score of the locations of the emergency logistics center,proposed the method for the conversion of the hybrid multiple attributes and the clarification of the fuzzy numbers,and at the end,developed the corresponding decisionmaking process.At last,through an empirical example,we demonstrated the validity,operability and innovativeness of the method.更多还原
