【摘要】 功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)患者常伴有精神心理障碍和生活质量下降,常规药物治疗无效的难治性FGIDs的临床处理是消化科医师面临的挑战之一。目前关于FGIDs的认识和理解并不深入,且治疗手段有限。本文拟对伴有精神心理障碍的难治性FGIDs的临床特征及其诊治研究进展进行综述,以期提高临床医师对该病的认识并规范其诊治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Patients who have functional gastrointestinal disorders( FGIDs) often together with psychological disorders and damaged quality of live. Management of FGIDs patients failed to conventional drug therapy,so-called the refractory FGIDs,is a challenge for gastroenterologists. Till now,FGIDs are still not fully recognized and clarified and having only limited therapeutic approaches. In this article,we reviewed the clinical characteristics of refractory FGIDs accompanying with psychological disorders and the progress in research on their diagnosis and treatment for improving the understanding and formularizing the management of this disease.更多还原
