【摘要】 本研究希望基于心电图技术找到一种方便、安全、无损的评估马有氧代谢能力的方法。本研究以8匹蒙古耐力马为样本,根据其运动能力制定了一套递增负荷运动方案,并在运动前后及运动后十分钟使用乳酸测试仪监测马血乳酸,分析血乳酸的变化情况,作为评价其运动能力的标准。在运动前后,使用自主研发的三导联便携心电图仪对所有马进行心电图测量。通过对心电图波形的量化,每匹马我们可以得到7个有效心电图数据。数据结果表明,乳酸清除能力更强的马在运动前后的心电图指标变化,尤其是PR间期和运动前后的变化量QRS间期,可能会成为评价马有氧代谢能力的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study aimed to find a convenient, safe and noninvasive evaluation method of the aerobic capacity of endurance horses with the ECG(electrocardiogram) technology. Eight Mongolia endurance horses were studied as samples in an exercise program with load increment according to their exercise capacities. Blood lactate of each horse was monitored and obtained with lactate testers at three time points: before, immediately after, and ten minutes after the exercises. The changes of the lactate amount in the blood functioned as indicators of those horses’ athletic ability.Throughout the exercises, a self-developed three-lead portable ECG device is used to measure the ECG of all the horses. Through the quantification of the ECG waveform, seven effective ECG indexes were obtained for each horse.The indexes indicated that before and after exercises, especially at the PR interval, the ECG index variations of the horses with stronger lactate clearance ability, and the variation at the QSR interval, can be used as the indicators to identify the aerobic capacity of horses.更多还原
