滑石粉/苯丙乳液水性阻尼涂料的制备与研究

【摘要】 采用高速剪切分散的方法,以苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯乳液为基体,改性滑石粉为填料,改性玻璃纤维粉为增强体制备了水性阻尼涂料。通过动态热机械分析仪(DMA)研究了宽温域(-10~80℃)、宽频(1 Hz、100 Hz、500 Hz、900 Hz)条件下的阻尼性能,场发射扫描电镜(SEM)观察力学测试后断面微观形貌等。结果表明:加入偶联剂KH570改性的滑石粉,涂料"损耗因子-温度"曲线峰值增至0.7~0.9,阻尼性能相对改性前大幅提升。当改性滑石粉与改性玻璃纤维粉质量比为10∶1时,不锈钢涂层附着力和拉伸剪切强度最大,分别为0.45 MPa和0.55 MPa,观察断面微观形貌,改性玻璃纤维粉作为增强体在一定范围内与连续相基体紧密结合。

【Abstract】 The research prepared aqueous damping coatings by high-speed shearing dispersion,whose matrix is styrene-acrylate emulsion,packing is modified talcum powder and reinforcement is modified glass fiber powder. Under large temperature range(-10 ~ 80 ℃) and various frequency( 1 Hz、100 Hz、500 Hz、900 Hz),damping property of the coatings was analyzed by DMA,the SEM was utilized to observe structure of fracture obtained after mechanical characterization test. The results show that:the peak of "tanδ-T"curve of coatings adding talcum powder modified by KH 570 is 0.7 ~ 0.9,the comprehensive damping property is significantly better than unmodified talcum powder. The mechanical property of coatings on stainless steel is best when the proportion of modified talcum powder and glass fiber powder is 10/1,the lap-shear strength and adhesion of coating is 0.55 MPa and 0.45 MPa,the fracture structure showed that modified glass fiber powder bonds the matrix tightly with some dosage.
