超短超细钢纤维混凝土弯曲性能研究
Investigation on the Flexural Behavior of Extra-short Extra-fine Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete
【摘要】 为研究钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)的弯曲性能,对不同强度等级(普通混凝土-NC、高强混凝土-HSC)、不同纤维体积掺量和不同纤维长度的钢纤维混凝土梁进行四点弯曲试验。结果表明:纤维长径比越大纤维体积掺量越多,SFRC的极限承载力越大,荷载-挠度曲线也越饱满;增加纤维掺量可以提高SFRC的抗折初裂强度,且抗折初裂强度随纤维体积掺量的增加线性增加;HSC表现出很好的韧性,但HSC的弯曲韧度比却小于NC。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the flexural behavior of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC),the four-point flexural test of SFRC was carried out with different strengths of concrete(normal strength concrete-NC and high strength concrete-HSC),different fiber volume contents and different fiber lengths.The experimental results show that the load carrying capacity of SFRC increases with the increase of the fiber volume content and the fiber aspect ratio,and the load-deflection curves become full.The first-peak strength linearly increaseds with the increase of the fiber volume content.The toughness of HSC is great,but the equivalent flexural strength ratio of HSC is smaller than that of NC.
