改性硅藻土脱色性能的研究
Study on the Decolorization Performance of Cation-modified Diatomite
【摘要】 制备了两种改性硅藻土吸附剂,并采用溶液脱色和柱色谱脱色两种工艺,对两种吸附剂的脱色性能进行了对比研究,结果表明:对活性染料溶液而言,升高染液温度有利于提高阳离子改性硅藻土的脱色效果;染液为中性时,阳离子改性硅藻土的脱色效果较差,升高与降低染液pH值均有利于提高阳离子改性硅藻土的脱色效果。与阴离子交换树脂改性硅藻土相比,阳离子树脂改性硅藻土对活性染料溶液的脱色效果较好,脱色成本大幅下降。
【Abstract】 In this paper,two kinds of modified diatomite adsorbents were prepared and their decolorization performance was studied comparatively through the methods of the direct decolorization of solution and column chromatography.The results showed that temperature increase of solution of reactive dyes was beneficiated to increase the decolorization efficiency of the two modified diatomite.At neutral pH value,the decolorization percent of the two modified diatomite was the lowest,but it went up with the increase or decrease of pH value.The decolorization performance and cost of the diatomite modified by cationic polymer was much more superior to that of the diatomite modified with anion exchange resin.
