日本德育的新路径:“道德学科化”的背景、内涵与挑战
The New Approaches/Pathway of Moral Education in Japan——The Background,Content and Challenge of Subject-orientation of Morality
【摘要】 2015年3月,日本文部科学省正式宣布将实行"道德学科化"。这是安倍政权最核心的教育举措之一。"道德学科化"之后的道德教育在教材编审、教师教育、操作方法和评价方式等方面都有对传统德育颠覆性改革,其德育专业化的发展态势明显。该政策的具体落实无论在价值论审视还是在方法论检阅上,都存在着遭致逻辑质疑和实际困境的可能性。
【Abstract】 In March 2015,the MEXT(Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Scienceand Technology) of Japan announced officially to develop morality as a discipline,which isthe core measure of education of Abe Administration. After the measure of developing disci-plinary moral education is adopted,disruptive reforms on traditional moral education is in-troduced in the aspects of textbook compilation,education of teachers,methods of operationand evaluation. There is an obvious trend in specializing the moral education in Japan. How-ever,it is possible that the implementation of the policy will incur doubt in its logic and beconfronted with predicament,either from the perspective of checking it against the ValueTheory,or methodology review.
