基于CAD/CAM的先进制造技术创新实践教学改革探析

【摘要】 针对学生在学习先进制造技术课程的过程中会出现精力不够集中,课堂听讲不够认真,学习积极性不高等问题,为了提高学生的学习积极性和兴趣,本文在传统教学方法中加入了CAD/CAM创新实践教学技术手段,以具体的模具虚拟设计、数控程序生成、虚拟加工和制造等实例指导学生学习先进制造技术课程的重要知识点和基本概念,加强了学生理解先进制造技术的理论知识。在期末考核和平时考核的基础上增加了CAD/CAM创新实践环节考核,较好的培养和提高了学生的自学能力、动手能力、实际运用能力和创新实践能力。

【Abstract】 There are not enough focus in the process energy,classroom lectures seriously enough and learning enthusiasm is not high in learning advanced manufacturing technology courses for students.In order to improve student learning enthusiasm and interest,teaching techniques of CAD/CAM innovative practices was added in the traditional teaching methods in the paper.Students was learning the important points of advanced manufacturing technology courses and basic concepts by specific virtual mold design,CNC program generation,processing and manufacturing,which to enhance the students’understanding of the theoretical knowledge of advanced manufacturing technology.On the basis of the assessment of the final examination and usually,CAD/CAM innovation practice assessment was added.There were better training and improve students’self-learning ability,practical ability,practical ability and innovative ability.
