【摘要】 目的:分析新型农村合作参合居民县域30天内再入院现状,描述其疾病类型、就诊路径及就医间隔等特征。方法:以重庆黔江6年的住院数据为基础,通过Excel编程技术,结合ICD-10疾病编码分类,筛选出30天内因同一疾病或相关疾病在区内多次住院的患者,进行描述性统计分析。结果与结论:30天内再入院比例不断上升,总体占比19.85%,其中52.24%因相同或相似疾病再入院。同级再入院比重较大,其中"县-县"占比快速增加,"县-乡"跨级再入院比重逐年降低;呼吸系统、消化系统和妇产科等疾病占比较高,其中肿瘤患者再入院率最高,达到39.56%;1周内再入院人数呈下降趋势,2014年降至42.40%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the characteristics of readmission in 30 days for patients participated in the New Rural Cooperative Medical System(NCMS), describe the characteristics of disease types, clinic path and the time interval.Methods:Based on thehospitalization data of Qianjiang, Chongqing in 6 years, combined with disease classification code, Excel was applied to select themulti-admission inpatients because of the same disease or related diseases in 30 days. Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted.Results and Conclusion:The proportion of readmission in 30 days substantially increased, which overall accounted for 19.85%, and52.24% of the patients were caused by the same or similar diseases. The proportion of readmission in same level was large, and theproportion of "county-county" readmission increased quickly while the proportion of"county to township"re-admission graduallyreduced by years. The patients caused by respiratory system, digestive system and gynaecology and obstetrics accounted higher proportion. The readmission rate of patients with tumor was the highest, which accounted for 39.56%. The readmission number in a weekshowed decreasing trend, which decresed to 42.40% in 2014.更多还原
