【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the impact of health resource geographic allocation on health outcome.Methods:Anthony index was employed to analyze the concentration of health resource geographic allocation. Fixed effects model was used to analyze the effect of changes in health resource geographic allocation on mortality.Results:The empirical results showed that a concentration index of health resource geographic allocation had negative impact on resident health.Conclusion:It was necessary for improving the geographic accessibility of medical services with more fiscal expenditure on health resource allocation and transfer payment.更多还原
