同步磁阻电机分析与设计(连载之三) 极对数与裂比的优化设计
Analysis and Design of Synchronous Reluctance Machines Part Ⅲ: Optimization of Number of Pole-pairs and Split Ratio
【摘要】 从极对数和裂比对交直轴电感的影响出发,分析了同步磁阻电机的凸极率随极对数和裂比的变化趋势。优化设计了3台不同极对数的同步磁阻电机,研究了不同裂比下3台电机的转矩密度、功率因数和效率,同时兼顾电机的绕组端部长度和体积,提出了同步磁阻电机极对数和裂比的基本设计原则。
【Abstract】 Considering the influence of the number of pole-pairs and split ratio on the direct-axis and quadrature-axis inductances,the relationship between the rotor saliency and the number of pole-pairs and split ratio for synchronous reluctance machine( SynRM) was analyzed. Three prototypes with different number of polepairs were optimized,their torque density,power factor and efficiency were investigated for different split ratio designs. Besides,the end-winding length and machine volume were considered. Finally,the criteria of the number of pole-pairs and split ratio selection for the SynRM were concluded.
