基于ARM+FPGA自动装卸AGV伺服控制器的研究
Research of AGV Servo Controller based on ARM + FPGA
【摘要】 两轴差速控制AGV广泛应用于工厂自动运载货物系统中。基于单DSP控制的AGV伺服系统无法满足AGV快速行走和稳定性的要求,且不能自动装卸货物,降低了工厂自动化程度。本文讨论了基于ARM+FPGA双核自动装卸四轮AGV伺服控制器软件与硬件设计,并给出了实验结果。
【Abstract】 Two-axis differential speed control AGV was widely used in factory to carry cargoes. Servo controller based on single DSP can not meet the requirements of AGV fast walking and stability,and also the AGV can not load and unload cargoes automatically,which reduce the degree of factory automation. The hardware and software design of four-wheel AGV servo controller based on ARM + FPGA were discussed,experimental results were also given.
