【摘要】 目的评价老年患者胰十二指肠切除术(pancreaticoduodenectomy,PD)后早期肠内营养(enteral nutrition,EN)的支持效果。方法回顾性分析102例行PD术的老年患者临床资料,其中32例术后行EN联合肠外营养(parenteral nutrition,PN)(EN+PN组),70例术后单纯行PN(PN组),对比两组术前术后血生化指标、术后并发症、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间等。结果 EN+PN组与PN组均能改善老年患者PD术后肝功能,降低胆红素,EN+PN组术后并发症总数少于PN组(P<0.05),EN+PN组术后胃肠功能恢复时间快、住院时间短、费用少,优于PN组(P<0.05)。结论术后早期EN可以促进老年患者PD术后胃肠功能恢复,减少术后并发症,改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the support effects of early enteral nutrition( EN) in the elderly patients after pancreaticoduodenectomy( PD). Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 102 elderly patients who underwent PD. Thirty-two patients accepted postoperative EN combined with parenteral nutrition( PN)( EN + PN group),and 70 patients accepted only postoperative PN( PN group). Blood biochemical indexs during perioperation stage,postoperative complication,the resumption of gastrointestinal function,hospital stay were compared between two groups. Results Two groups both improved elderly people’s postopertive liver function,reduced the level of bilirubin. The totality of postoperative complication in EN + PN group was less than that in PN group( P < 0. 05). The resumption of gastrointestinal function,hospital stay and cost in EN + PN group were superoir to those in that PN group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion EN can promote elderly patients’ resumption of gastrointestinal function,reduce postoperative complication,improve the prognosis of elderly patients after PD.更多还原
