【摘要】 目的调查非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)肝因性死亡情况,评价该疾病对肝脏的直接危害程度。方法通过佛山市第一人民医院死亡病例登记系统,分析在重症肝炎、肝硬化或肝癌等肝因性死亡病例中各种肝脏疾病的构成比。结果 2007年1月-2015年1月,佛山市第一人民医院共有3 914例死亡病例,其中直接死因为重症肝炎、肝硬化失代偿及其并发症或肝癌等肝脏原因663例,根本病因以慢性乙型肝炎和酒精性肝病导致的肝硬化失代偿和肝癌为主,仅发现1例单纯由NAFLD导致的肝癌为肝因性死亡。结论在NAFLD患病在普通成人中高达15%以上的背景下,却并未发现与之对应的高肝因性死亡率,因此该病对肝脏的直接危害仍有待重新评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the hepatic death in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) and to evaluate the influences to health caused directly by hepatic damages of NAFLD. Methods The constituent ratios of deaths caused by various kinds of liver diseases such as the serious hepatitis,cirrhosis or hepatic carcinoma were analyzed through the death registry system of the hospital. Results Totally,there were 3 914 death cases during 8 years occurring from Jan. 2007 to Jan. 2015. Among them,there were 663 death cases directly related to serious hepatitis,cirrhosis and its complications or hepatic carcinoma etc. The basic causes of preliminary diseases were mainly chronic hepatitis B and alcoholic liver disease,but only 1 case died for hepatic causes of hepatic cancer developed just from NAFLD.Conclusion With more than 15% morbidity rate among ordinary adults,we couldn’t find the corresponding high hepatic death rate,so the direct damages of NAFLD to liver still need to re-evaluate.更多还原
