A356合金3D Kagome点阵夹芯板低压熔模铸造工艺

【摘要】 以3D-Kagome点阵夹芯板为研究对象,采用Anycasting软件对A356合金点阵夹芯板的低压熔模铸造过程进行数值模拟,研究了浇注系统及主要的工艺参数对A356合金点阵夹芯板成形的影响,并在此基础上进行了工艺优化。结果表明,随着浇注温度提高,金属液的充型能力增加,缺陷减少,但当温度超过770℃时,缩松、缩孔缺陷有增加的趋势。通过模拟计算,确定了点阵夹芯板最佳浇注工艺:浇注温度为770℃,型壳预热温度为200℃,充型速度为40mm/s,并将模拟试验结果进行试验验证,表明该工艺切实可行。

【Abstract】 The effects of gating system and main processing parameters on forming of A356 truss core panel produced by low pressure investment casting process have been simulated by the Anycasting software.And optimization of processing parameters has been carried out based on analysis of the simulation results.The results show that with the increase of pouring temperature,filling ability of liquid metal is increased and the defects in castings are reduced.However,with the pouring temperature more than 770℃,shrinkage porosities(holes)are increased slightly.Based on the simulated results,the optimized process parameters are presented as follows:pouring temperature of 770 ℃,shell preheat temperature of 200 ℃ and filling velocity of 40mm/s.Then the validity of proposed results has been confirmed by the practical production.
