基于3D打印的叶轮快速熔模铸造工艺研究

【摘要】 传统熔模铸造蜡模制备费时长、成本高,不适用于复杂零件的生产,而采用基于3D打印技术的蜡模成型技术可有效解决此问题。采用JMatPro软件计算叶轮材料的基本属性。选用ProCAST软件分析不同类型浇注系统的成形效果。根据数值模拟结果优化了浇注系统。

【Abstract】 The traditional investment casting technology is not suitable for manufacturing complex parts due to its time-consuming and high costs.Wax pattern making based on 3D-printing can solve obviously the problem.The basic properties of impeller material was calculated by JMatPro software.The effects of different types of gating system were analyzed by the ProCAST software.The optimized gating system was presented based on filling sequence and result in the impeller through the ProCAST simulation.
