压铸机头板设计的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Head Board of Die Casting Machine
【摘要】 针对20 000kN压铸机头板的4种不同设计方案,采用UG对头板进行三维建模,并用ANSYS有限元分析对4种设计方案的头板进行检验。通过对4种方案的头板的有限元分析与强度、刚度校核对比,分析了压铸机头板中易出现应力集中且超过屈服强度极限的区域。
【Abstract】 Four design schemes of the head board for 20 000 kN die casting machine were modeled by UG software and simulated by the ANSYS software for the finite element analysis,stiffness verification and strength verification.Based on the results of the analysis and verification,the region of the head board was found,which was vulnerable to crack as the internal stress exceeded over the yield strength of the material.
