碳钢-不锈钢固-液复合铸轧的热流数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Thermal Flow Solid-liquid Composite Strip during Twin-roll Casting
【摘要】 铸轧区的温度分布是影响铸轧过程的稳定性和复合带材质量的重要因素。根据流体力学及双辊铸轧技术的特点建立了数学模型,运用Fluent软件对碳钢-不锈钢固液复合铸轧进行了模拟计算,得到了不同浇注温度和铸轧速度下熔池内温度场的变化情况,分析了浇注温度、铸轧速度分别对温度场的影响情况,此模拟可预测不锈钢水凝固前沿的位置,为双辊固液复合铸轧工艺的进一步研究提供借鉴。模拟结果表明,铸轧速度对熔体温度分布的影响要大于浇注温度。当浇注温度为1 803K,铸轧速度为6m/min时可保证铸轧稳定进行。
【Abstract】 The distribution of temperature field in cast-rolling zone is a important factor affecting quality of composite strip and stability of casting process.According to the characteristics of fluid dynamics and twin-roll casting technology,a 3D mathematical model was established,and solid-liquid composite casting process of Q235A-AISI304 was simulated with the Fluent software to understand effects of the casting speed and pouring temperature on temperature field and to optimize the processing parameters.The simulation can predict the solidification front position in molten pool and provide a reference for the further study of the solid liquid compound twin-roll casting technology.Simulated results show that influence of casting speed are the more important than pouring temperature,and with pouring temperature of1 803 Kand casting speed of 6m/min,the twin-roll casting process can be satisfied.
