【摘要】 圆柱壳广泛应用于航天、船舶、土建、化工、机械等行业中,其屈曲问题一直是固体力学和结构工程领域研究的热点之一。本文研究了圆柱壳在工程中的一种应用形式——压力管道的屈曲问题。通过分析工作阶段和非工作阶段的屈曲性能,得出以下主要结论:首先管道在非工作状态有较高的强度储备;其次特征值临界载荷远远高于非线性临界载荷;第三,随着管道内压的增加特征值临界载荷随之增大,而非线性临界载荷会随之减小。

【Abstract】 Cylindrical shell is widely used in spaceflight,ship,civil engineering,chemical industry and mechanical industry,and other fields.And its buckling collapse is a hot topic in fields of solid mechanics and structural engineering.In this paper,buckling in a pressure pipe which is one of applied forms in many engineering fields was studied.By analyzing its buckling in the work phase and non-work phase,three conclusions are generalized.Firstly,the pipe has high margin of strength in the non-work phase;secondly,the critical load of eigenvalue is much higher than the nonlinear critical load;lastly,as the internal pressure of the pipe is increased,the critical load of eigenvalue will increase,but nonlinear critical load will decrease.
