HFO1234yf太阳能喷射制冷系统在住宅建筑中的应用研究
STUDY OF HFO1234yf SOLAR EJECTOR REFRIGERANT SYSTEM FOR RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS
【摘要】 根据郑州地区夏季太阳辐射和空调负荷特点,以HFO1234yf为制冷剂,基于实验测试和模拟计算,针对某一太阳能喷射制冷空调系统运行性能进行研究,该系统供冷对象为200 m2别墅,采用40 m2真空管式太阳能集热装置和一个带有辅助加热装置的集热水箱作为热源,计算分析冷负荷、辅助加热量以及太阳能集热量的关系。结果表明:59月份,郑州地区典型气象条件下,太阳能集热效率、系统喷射系数、系统COP、太阳能喷射制冷系统综合性能COP0随月份呈波动变化,均在7月份达到最小值;在59月份期间,太阳能制冷系统制冷月贡献率在0.460.95间波动,9月份制冷贡献率最大达到0.95,7月份制冷贡献率最小达到0.46。
【Abstract】 According to the character of solar radiation and cooling load in summer in Zhengzhou, the operationperformance of certain solar ejector refrigerant system with HFO1234 yf refrigerant was investigated based onexperimental test and simulation calculation. A 40 m2 evacuated tubular solar collector system with auxiliary heater andhot water tank was adopted as the heat resource,the relations among cooling load,the auxiliary heater and the solarradiation were analyzed. The results indicate that the collector efficiency,the ejecting coefficient and COP of system,COP0 of solar ejector refrigerant system show the volatility of changes from May to September under typical weathercondition in Zhengzhou,all reach minimum in July. In addition,the results show that solar energy can provide 46% to95% cooling load in Zhengzhou from May to September,and the maximum and the minimum refrigeration contributionshappen in September and July,respectively.
